Coronavirus Update

Many of our Partners have closed for the duration of emergency measures whilst the current pandemic persists and some may have no choice but to suspend their MuseumShops accounts due to inability to ensure dispatch of orders.

To ease this, as of 17th March MuseumShops has suspended its Seller requirement for dispatch within three working days. Any order made to an active account on the MuseumShops platform will be honoured, however dispatch of an item may be subject to delays.

Your support means a great deal to our partners in this difficult time.

This change in policy does not affect your right to request a refund as set out in our Returns Policy.


Delivery Policy

Delivery charges are set by our Sellers, however MuseumShops operates two shipping systems:

Firstly our Sellers set a value based upon an average delivery price as a shipping charge.

This Shipping charge is displayed in your shopping cart at checkout.

Or delivery is included within the item price.

Please note that multiple items ordered across multiple museums can accrue shipping charges rapidly. If you order multiple products from a single museum then a reduced shipping charge may be applied per item.

Some Sellers may offer free shipping over a certain purchase threshold, but MuseumShops does not offer this as a site-wide scheme.

Shipping overseas may include a surcharge, please make sure to check that a Seller ships to your country before placing an order.

If you are receiving an item in the UK and are not in the European Union then it is up to you to pay any customs charges due when importing an item.

If you would like to purchase an item and the Seller does not ship to your country, please contact the Seller using the form on the Shopfront page and make a request that they set up shipping to your country.
