This mounted print is by artist Michael Reilly. In 1925 Reilly completed a series of paintings of Bournville, including this design of Bournville Village Green which features the Rest House and Carillon.
Born is 1898, Reilly studied at the Central School of Arts and Crafts in Birmingham from 1923 – 1926. As a commercial artist Reilly received commissions from several railway companies to create posters advertising their destinations.
