Processing time Ready to ship in 1-3 business days from United Kingdom (UK) In the run up to Christmas, we will advise you if your product is likely to arrive after Christmas. Shipping policy We ship to the United Kingdom (including the Channel Isles and Isle of Man) only. All orders are charged according to their weight. For small items, it will be £2.70 and for larger items £3.39. This will be shown at the checkout. We aim to process and send orders 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 7 days after dispatch for delivery within the UK. If you have not received your order within this time, please email office@arundelmuseum.org.

We want you to be absolutely happy! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days for an exchange or full refund, less shipping costs. We will refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error.
