Located in the heart of London, Benjamin Franklin House is the world’s only remaining home of Benjamin Franklin. The Georgian townhouse, built c.1730, opened to the public as a dynamic museum and educational facility on Franklin’s 300th birthday – 17th January 2006, to illuminate a momentous period in British and American history. Inspired by Benjamin Franklin, our mission is to bring history and innovation to life through our inspiring educational programmes, engaging calendar of events, and ways to view the house, which makes real the life and times of Benjamin Franklin at 36 Craven Street.

Shipping policy

We ship to the United Kingdom (including the Channel Isles and Isle of Man) and to the US only. All UK orders are charged at £3 and all US orders at £9. For US shipments, VAT is deducted at checkout but there may be local duty and/or taxes payable on goods. Please note, Benjamin Franklin House is not responsible for paying these charges. We aim to process and ship out orders within 24 hours of receipt on weekdays and within 48 hours on weekends (after 12 noon Friday). Please allow up to 7 days after dispatch for delivery within the UK and 28 days for worldwide deliveries. If you have not received your order within this time, please email supervisor@bejaminfranklinhouse.org.

Refund policy

We want you to be absolutely happy! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days for an exchange or full refund, less shipping costs. We will refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error.
