Alternatively if you wish to request a Refund or otherwise contact one of our Sellers directly, each Shopfront page has a Contact form which you may use to contact them directly.

Technical support is available from 9am-11pm daily, 7 days a week.

 

We are now offering a one hour tutorial session for new Sellers as an introduction to the Museum Shops back office system. Utilising Zoho Assist Remote Assistance software, we can give you a fully interactive tour around the website, answering your questions as the tour progresses.

Pricing for the session is £10-20 for smaller to large organisations respectively.
